With the goal of centering neurodivergent voices and highlighting the organization’s work to create inclusive workplaces and cultures, I produced and directed this documentary-style short film featuring the stories of autistic professionals at Aspiritech, a Chicago-based nonprofit that "empowers individuals on the autism spectrum to fulfill their potential through meaningful employment combined with social opportunity."
